He has prior software development experience in the mobile domain; and was involved in launch of first 3G handsets in EU. He has led team for delivery of multiple projects, some of which concerned launches in South America. He has been responsible for quality software product deliverables in Samsung, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm and Intel. He has been recognized for his achievements and contribution to multiple projects in all these organizations, and won multiple awards and certificates. Currently two of his individual patents are under review and one patent (in collaboration with Qualcomm) on mobile software, is also in the review stage. As of now, he has built a very passionate team for Cyrrup, and, led them to come up with product market-fit deliverables. He has been keeping the team on the motivated front and, with help from Aswini, has formed a good ecosystem connect, to help Cyrrup gain foothold in the market. Aswini Nunna (Co-founder) - who is engineer and entrepreneur. She worked with different startups right from her graduation days. She has been selected for top 25 women entrepreneurs in India by TiE AIRSWEE program and also leads Facebook developer circle in Hyderabad. She worked in Digital Marketing as Senior Account Executive at Regalix for Google AdWords US clients and as Solution Consultant for pre-sales at TIBCO software Inc. and as research analyst intern at US private equity firm. Also experience in working for various start-ups and organized events for various open communities like Facebook Developers circles and Google developer Group, TIE summits just to name a few. Swadhin Sonowal (Co-Founder and CTO) - is also an IIT-Guwahati alumnus from the class of 2002. He has a deep understanding of the tech skills especially on the software side; and his zeal to keep working on new technologies is a big boon to our company. In his earlier roles, he has guided, motivated and led different teams to successful and timely bringing out the deliverables. Currently, he is involved in bringing out tech deliverables, look for enhancements in the product to make it market fit. He is also setting up the tech team and sets key milestones for the delivery. His role is also to align with the market/sales team to understand the range of products on the roadmap. He is responsible for providing training and guidance of interns/employees on technologies. He also fills any gaps between tech team and business team, if any.
